BODY CONTACT and BODY CHECKING are key parts of this fast and exhilarating game. To play at the top of your game, it is critical for all players to be able to safely give and receive checks.  Like skating, passing and shooting, these are skills that need to be taught and practiced. Our certified coaches use a safe environment and skill progression model to develop all of the necessary skills in just one night!
